Meet Our Team

Rebecca started working at Gardner Orthodontics in March 2023 and loves meeting new patients and being part of their transformative journey. She contributes to the success of our office by building connections with patients, helping them understand what to expect during their treatment and making sure they have an enjoyable experience.

Outside the office, you can find Rebecca spending time with her daughter and boyfriend, whether cruising together on a boat or hosting a BBQ in the backyard with family and friends.

Armina started working alongside Dr. Gardner in May 2022. She earned her doctorate in dental medicine from Centro Escolar University in the Philippines in 2009 and successfully passed the dental license exam later that same year. After establishing her own clinic and practicing orthodontics for five years, Armina relocated to the United States to continue her passion for providing exceptional care. She is committed to understanding our patients’ needs and effectively communicating with them to ensure they receive the best care possible.

Outside of her professional commitments, Armina finds joy in the company of her loving husband and two wonderful children—a delightful girl and an adored boy. As a family, they cherish the opportunity to travel together, creating treasured memories and exploring new horizons.

Mercedes joined us in September 2022 and enjoys meeting all the new people who come to our office and helping them achieve the smile they deserve. She graduated from Carrington College in 2016 with her dental assistant certification and has excelled as an orthodontic assistant ever since. As an integral member of our team, Mercedes works hard to make patients’ treatment a fun experience so people want to come back and tell their family and friends.
When she is not in the office, you can find Mercedes spending time with her husband and two dogs. She also likes to channel her creativity into crafting glassware and accessories with her Etsy shop.

Whitney joined Gardner Orthodontics in 2021 and has since found immense fulfillment in its exceptional environment and the orthodontists she has the privilege of working alongside. With her extensive qualifications as a certified dental assistant and expanded duties dental assistant, along with her Bachelor of Science, Whitney’s commitment to excellence is evident. Currently enrolled in a master’s program at High Point University in North Carolina, she has also set her sights on applying for dental school, demonstrating her unwavering dedication to advancing her knowledge and skills in the field.

As an invaluable assistant, Whitney goes above and beyond to contribute to every aspect of the practice, seamlessly transitioning between front- and back-office responsibilities with utmost competence and dedication.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Whitney is a devoted mother to her two cherished boys, Kaeden and Kylex. Her free time is filled with exhilarating activities, including snowboarding, hiking and engaging in spirited games of volleyball.
